In the fitness area of the Countryhouse we offer guests a top class equipment park with: Treadmill and Seated Bike (with HD touch screen consoles for landscapes, cardio classes, movies, TV), SPARCTrainer (cardio machine) and UpperCycle GX ergometer (upper body trainer), Dual Adjustable Pulley (full body strength training tower), Jammer and Squat Lunge (ground base machines for multiple muscle groups), Leg Raise (abdominal trainer), and Kettlebells in various sizes or weights. Our sports therapist provides assistance as needed and is happy to provide support as part of a personal training session.
