In this extraordinary island cosmos, holidays with horses are something very special. The residence offers guest boxes with everything that goes with it: stables, riding arena, paddocks and pastures. In the meadows Foals and their Mothers are romping about. They belong to the in-house breeding of Arabian thoroughbreds - an absolute highlight.

The Environment

Rambin is a typical rural community on the sunny island of Rügen, about 12 km northeast of Stralsund and about 18 km southwest of Bergen. Grabitz, in which Kubitzer Bodden Residenz impresses with its secluded location, is a district of Rambin. The center of the village is about two kilometers away. Surrounded by set-aside areas, the residence looks like its own »island«. A place all to itself. A solitaire, captured by nothing but nature. A safe haven even in exceptional times.

The image of the landscape is shaped by pastures and meadows. The shore zone of the Kubitzer Bodden is within walking distance. Hikes on foot, by bike or on horseback are a unique experience in the picturesque nature. The state bathing and health resort of Altefähr is in the immediate neighborhood. The completely redesigned beach promenade takes you to the sailing harbor, surfing and sailing school, motorboat rental, climbing forest and a spacious sun and bathing area.

Rügen is connected from Hamburg and Berlin via the A20. The travel time is less than three hours. The municipality of Rambin also has a very good infrastructure. You can reach the city center of Stralsund, whose old town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, within 15 minutes by road or rail. The famous seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin can be reached in around 30 minutes
