Creativity in a picturesque setting: It doesn't matter whether you are a passionate artist or an interested layperson - you can let your creativity run free in the Kubitzer Bodden Residenz. Reach for oil, watercolor, ink, pen or charcoal - capture the moments and scenes in pictures that appeal to and inspire you on the island.

Horst Ludwig, born and raised in Thuringen near the regional capital Erfurt, has been painting since his earliest youth. He will accompany you as you paint and draw. You can take part in his art and painting courses in the Residenz-Atelier (affectionately called "Kleckshäuschen"). His "Kleckshäuschen" is not far from the Kubitzer Bodden under large old willows and in the midst of natural meadows and paddocks.

His passion for horses and love for life are reflected in numerous of his pictures, sketches and entire collections of topics. You paint and draw with Horst Ludwig in different places: Not only are the studio, but also the horse yard, the pastures and the riding arena excellent places to make horse and animal studies. You will of course be provided with the required materials.
